2 lovely ladies Yasmin and jinan helped me picking the perfect suit for my year 12 formal. The service was amazing and they were super kind and helpful. It was also very affordable and a high quality suit.
Today I came in for my son’s formal, I was greeted by Lara, and I’d just like to say she offered such beautiful service. She was so nice and helped us out a lot!
Very disappointed is a polite way to put this, when I went in there the two girls that were supposed to be working were plastered to their phones sitting down next to the change rooms. They didn’t bother to greet us nor did they offer help, when I did ask for help the girl was extremely rude and blunt. It’s a real shame because every other Tarocash I've been to the workers have been outstanding and polite, and also have made themselves look busy.
I had a very disappointing experience today. I went in to buy my partner something for father's Day & the two men working were too busy chatting very loudly to even greet me or ask if I needed help. Then one of them walked straight past me, asked two other customers of they needed help & completely ignored me. When I went to the counter to buy my items I said I was ignored & he acted like he didn't see me. Always receive excellent customer service from the ladies that work here, usually served by the same person and always provides timely service on entry friendly, welcoming and helps with any items needed. The clothing quality has always been good with no issues for many work and casual wear items bought over the years.
