I am so happy I stumbled upon Targeted Hypnotherapy on Google search. At first, I was a bit sceptical about the whole hypnotherapy thing, but I decided to give it a go and see if it is going to work. From the first session, Paul had time to listen and get to the bottom of the issue. I walked out, feeling much better and happier after the first session. Paul’s professional approach and his dedication to help is extraordinary. He de-constructed the whole problem into a small piece and put it back, making me feel empowered that I can handle any stressful situation. I love using the simple tools he thought me. I found the hypnotherapy itself very relaxing and peaceful and I still listen to the recordings and gaining more out of it every time and the results are lasting!! Very immersive hypnotherapy. They sure know what they're doing here, they're very good at their job, and really go above and beyond to make sure they're helping.
