Target Physio and Rian have provided excellent service and treatment to quickly improve my torn shoulder and trapped nerve after just a couple of visits. This has had a big impact on my quality of life after a period of intense pain, and educated me on the maintenance work required going forward. I've been undergoing the treatment at Target Physio for several weeks now. It was impressive how quickly my physiotherapist (Fiona Pringle) identified the root cause of my problem having just very generic diagnosis from radiology. Then it was meticulous step by step work to develop an extensive personalized program to eliminate this cause.
