Dr. Gage is absolutely phenomenal! Her demeanor, her humor, and her professionalism are just off the chart. Kelli was excellent as the office personnel who helped me choose my frames explained thoroughly what frames I would need to fit the lenses I was getting, because they’re getting thicker! Such a great experience from the whole staff, they are excellent.
True customer service experience. Kelly is very good. She helped my daughter for her contacts and then also helped me get a frame that was not readily available in the store, but was able to secure it through their network. She also helped me with right options for my glasses since I did not intend to spend on all the bells and whistles. Appreciate the help. Will definitely keep this store in mind for future needs.
