Would leave 0 stars if I could. Kim was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am only coming back due to a zero copay and hope that she can fix her attitude if she continues to work with the general public. Especially around the holidays, what was supposed to be a fun gift for myself turned into a run around and uncomfortable mess. Good luck to you Kimberly!
Great customer service! They handled the difficult customer that came in with a wonderful attitude even when she was the one in the wrong for not knowing her appointment time. She was very rude and left a rude review.

The girls there are fantastic and knowledgeable
I have been wearing glasses for 47 years and this is the best optical experience I have ever had. From the doctor taking his time to explain how the equipment worked and why he was performing certain tests, including a very thorough explanation of astigmatism, to the careful and patient pick up and sizing process, the patient/customer care at this location was second to none. Go! You'll be glad you did.
