When I went for a pick up order. I went close to closing (which I understand may not have been the best idea). However, I had a lot of items I picked up and I parked in the upper (2nd floor) lot. When I went back upstairs to leave - the doors ended up being locked. I saw 2 employees talking to each other and it was obvious they saw me with the understanding I was trying to leave, but they kept talking amongst themselves in the shoe department. I placed an order through Instacart for an Xbox X/S controller and received someone else’s old Xbox One controller. I’ve called this location several times to have my controller exchanged and to get the situation rectified, but instead I have been given the runaround, hung up on, and corporate told me that they cannot help me. I am utterly disgusted, disappointed, and will be taking my business to another competitor.

Absolutely terrible. I don’t deal with Target AT ALL but I have a client who needs a specific type of enfamil for her newborn. I called a total of 10 times. The first time was “other departments” and someone answered, shuffled around for 2 mins then hung up. Called that extension 5 more times…Chose the front end help twice and it rang out and hung up… the last two times I chose “food and beverage” no one answered and it hung up. Me encanta esta tienda, es la preferida por mis niñas y por mi también. Aunque los precios no son tan cómodos pero vale la pena comprar hay. La ropa es de muy buena calidad y siempre encuentro lo que busco. Me ubiese gustado que las tarjetas de créditos tengan más beneficios pero igual es bueno tenerla.
