Love that everything is here that I need.
I’m extremely disgusted with the way that Kelly the manager (has bleached white hair) was speaking with a vendor today while I was shopping at the Target in Commerce TWP. In the front of the store with all guests checking out to hear, Kelly begins to yell loudly at a vendor who was just doing their job stocking cards. The vendor explained that he would be done in 10 minutes, but that answer wasn’t good enough for him. I am extremely disappointed with the experience my wife had at Target, where she was wrongly accused of fraud by an associate named Elliot while attempting to make a return. The accusation stemmed from his own mistake in keying in a receipt, yet instead of acknowledging the error, he escalated the situation by involving loss prevention. Another associate later assisted and found his mistake, but no apology was given—Elliot simply retreated to the back rather than taking accountability.
