Great deals and customer service.
First and last time I'm patronizing this location. PSA - if you're dong a drive up order, check your items. I usually do but today I did not and what a disaster. The groceries I needed for a week went to someone else, and I have no less than 4 other people's random items. What a disaster. It's over an hour round trip so I'm taking the loss but forget about having a healthy dinner tonight and meal prepping for the week. SMH.
Always a garbage experience compared to neighboring Targets and Walmarts. There is a constant line, as the store prioritizes pickup and drive-up orders. Carts are a disaster, building is under maintained. I don’t know how only one cashier is on shift for the day before Halloween, but it’s par for the course. Pull it together.
This location is horrible and some of the associates have zero customer service skills. I drove from Philly because their website listed a very specific toy was in stock. I searched their toy department for about 20 mins, when I could not find it I asked an associate who was stocking for help. She verified that the item was in stock and specifically stated “it shows it’s on the floor so it wouldn’t be in the back”.
