I was in this Target today and needed help in the electronic department for an Apple product. I waited 20 min for help to be rudely told it was not available. I then went to the front to check out other products for the checkout woman to stare at me and my daughter and not initiate any greeting. Target needs to reflect on poor reviews and design a better customer service plan.
