Mahtab - an adorable Ulta specialist went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me locate a hair product to effectively cover hair loss and blend seamlessly. She dedicated about twenty minutes of her time carefully showing me around several options in the Ulta section and pointed out a few other products at Target as well. VERY sweet and got exactly what I needed. Will definitely revisit this location again, great service
Why are some people so mean to other people, especially if they work together? This was on my mind all night, so I have to say something. I was in Target yesterday evening, standing in line, and I could see that one of the women was new. I didn't get their name, but she is both African American. So as I'm standing in line observing everything, I notice the woman who was training or helping the other lady snatch the tag out of her hand. This Target location is pretty decent, and standard as far as most retail stores go. They are mostly stocked, but sometimes lack in the medicine and food sections, likely due to the large amount of customers. The customer service is good, but they can take a while to finish helping others to get to you, (especially at the tech desk and Starbucks section) and are often busy, probably the effect of being understaffed.
