Excellent service. Thoughtful and assistive employees.
Make sure if you shop the sales rack that they mark things correctly. Found numerous “sales” that were marked for all sizes that then when I checked out they said was a mistake on their part. They will not honor ticket prices even if it the sale sticker is physically attached to the item. If you ask them to they will ignore you for 15 minutes and then say “no we don’t honor things for our mistakes”. Staff on floor is fantastic- just the front end are miserable to deal with!
October 12, 2024 after Tin Roof we stopped at Whole Foods and Target, then made our way over to Fairmont Kea Lani in Wailea and walked the grounds and beach till our room was ready!
