There’s ver clean and organized but they never answer the phones lol I call a few times in morning and your telling me not one person can hear it or even walk bye it but then I goto the store and there a lot of ppl at service desk lol. Hella confused
Experienced horrible customer service by a lead named LEO. Buy one get one 50% off if you're in the Circle. Couldn’t take the time to explain what the circle was just raised his voice to tell me I wasn’t entitled to it and left me standing there. The worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time
Very clean store. Easy to walk around in. I wanted to update my review and say that the store is reorganized now. The toy aisles are cleaner and the collector wall is much better. They get re-stocks when they can and there's plenty to pick from. The staff is very friendly and courteous when asking for help! The Customer service is always friendly, no matter if it's a third party stocker or not. I hit it up with the Excell Brands person and that made my trip
