Fast friendly service, wide selection
Guest services literally answered the phone and thought they hung up now I can just hear them not working and gossiping lol.
My friend Cathi misplaced her bank card and the last place she used it was at Davis target. I called customer service and they answered the phone and I assume just set the phone down, it was really loud with associates talking, I said hello about 30 times over 10 minutes until finally ending the call. I called back and same thing happened! This is bad target really bad customer service
It's still the same.I went there a few weeks ago.An elderly man said he was the only one there and was busy. But then immediately a staff member was beside me attending to another person. This man was reluctant to help I could see that.I wanted to print a form from my email.He swore he couldn't do that!!!.
