Excellent customer service and very considerate with the times together bikes back. Most places charge you 2 days if you are a minute over 24 hours. Not these guys. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great business to have in Trinidad!
The owners are very friendly and extremely helpful
I rented a gravel bike for the day and this bike shop made the whole experience a dream. Joe was super helpful and chill, the bike was perfect, and I felt like their goal was to facilitate an awesome experience rather than maximize profit from each customer. Definitely recommend.
We were passing thru town and my wife's bike needed some "emergency repairs". Joe was in the middle of another project but told us he'd fit it right in and fix it. 30 minutes later, boom, good as gold! If you're local, stop in and introduce yourself. They've got the right experience AND the right attitude! That's a winning combination every time~~
Great bike shop! Prices are reasonable and you guys do good work, I'll be back!
