Taran is the créme de la créme- The full package- She is so caring & truly listens to what you need from the inside out- The space she holds is unmatched- The way she weaves in sound healing during the session really gives your mind, body & soul permission to drop into a deeper relaxation - the experience is so much more than a massage- Every time I leave there I feel more relaxed, my nervous system is regulated & I feel so held & seen by her each session-

I’ve had two massages from Taran and I can confidently say she’s one of the best in the Valley ! The way my shoulders and neck carry stress- she melts away my knots in a particular way that doesn’t hurt or make you feel like you need another massage afterwards like some other massage places or hotel spas. Taran is the best massage therapist in the Valley! I’m a gym owner and personal trainer, if she ever has availability I send everyone her way and all come back with raving reviews. She also offers other healing modalities as well as sports/therapeutic massage.

Getting a massage from Taran is like going to Heaven and being healed. Her studio has such calming vibes. She is so knowledgeable about the body and was able to get rid of so many knots and stress I was holding onto in my shoulders and back. Can’t wait for my next massage!

Taran is the ONLY person I trust to work on me. As a healer myself, my physical and energetic needs are very linked, so I need someone who can address both levels. Her skills as a body work practitioner are matched only by her innate intuitive healing abilities. Even though she is highly trained and educated in multiple modalities, I prefer when she intuitively uses a combination of body work, cranial-sacral, polarity, and sound to go to the source to help me heal. I can't recommend Taran highly enough. She is the real deal!
