Horribly unprofessional. My parents had their taxes filed here for years and planned to do it again this year. The accountant kept pushing off the appointment until finally just completely ignored their calls and never got back to them. They’ll be going elsewhere from now on. UNRELIABLE! Stay far away and stead clear of this place!!!
