I had been struggling with lower back pain due to prolonged sitting when studying, which in turn caused a muscle spasm. Tara was able to easily identify the root cause of this pain and work her magic on the problem area. When I first saw Tara My body was broken after years of contact sports and neglect. Unlike every other physio I’ve ever been to she actually listened and didn’t just give me the same old cookie cutter exercises and tell me to come back next week. Her holistic approach looked into every aspect of the injury, my lifestyle, mental health and formulated a plan to get me back doing the things I love. Tara is the best, wish I found her years ago!
