Tara helped me rehab a meniscus injury in a short time period so that I’d be ready for a hiking trip in NZ. She was very thorough and asked many questions, listening to my answers and concerns, treating not only the current symptoms but underlying conditions as well.

She prescribed exercises which were immediately effective. They were easy to do and easy to maintain with consistency throughout the recovery.
