I had been struggling with lower back pain due to prolonged sitting when studying, which in turn caused a muscle spasm. Tara was able to easily identify the root cause of this pain and work her magic on the problem area. Two sessions with Tara and the at-home exercises she gave me, along with adopting a lumbar support when seated, my back pain disappeared and left me feeling like I had a greater twisting range of motion and flexibility.
