I have had two spinal decompression and fusion surgeries and was looking for a massage therapist to help with scar tissue and overall care to work out a lot of the tension and tightness I get from working a desk job. Tara is incredible and I am so grateful to have found her. I see her once a month and although I've only just had my 3rd session, I am already feeling a difference. HIGHLY recommend Tara!!
