I was in this furniture store to make a purchase. I had come into this 2 days previously. I advised the salesperson that I needed to bring my husband back to view the furniture. I was quoted a price. The company was more than happy to take my money for a special order of two rooms of furniture. However, the delivery people failed to leave the pegs to hold the shelves for my entertainment center and I was expected to drive across town to pick up the pieces they didn't leave. I did not spend in excess of $3000 to not have my furniture delivered in working order.
