They allow you to order items they don’t have in stock, they then email a few days later to let you know it’ll be a month or so wait, you wait only to then be told another month perhaps, so you cancel the order and wish to refund part of the order that did arrive, which is down to the customer to pay for- whatever- few days later receive email saying refuse refund as arrived ‘damaged’ load of rubbish! Have got items for sale, but then are moving warehouse, which is not stated any where that you cannot collect your items and do not give a date for when you eventually can. Need to set up a collection point or atleast let customers know before purchase Shame as good products, but organisation and customer service is very poor
Stay away from these guys at all cost. Spoke with them before ordering a sink and was assured that my order will arrive in 5-10 days. 3 weeks later they still have no clue when they can dispatch it due to a warehouse move. Absolutely ridiculous and had to cancel the order and drive 100 miles to get another sink last minute from another supplier. Extremely poor customer service too.
