So here's the big ones but there are too many issues to even comment on. My son rides the bus 5 days a week and at least one of those days, I have to call customer service EVERY WEEK. They have left my disabled son at work and said that he wasn't there although he was standing outside with an employee waiting for them. He has had his rides cancelled by someone at headquarters and I've been told "oh it was an error on our part but we fixed it. We are too busy to get him to add him today though" (so he missed work). employees at taps dont take there job serious. taps headquarters need to reevaluate its staffs job performance. phone operators, scheduling, and drivers that actually come to work and do their job.

The times they say they will pick people up are off. my husband was at work one day and he was waiting to be picked up and they just drove right by him never picked him up they will never be on time. Please do not call them they will do u wrong and try to get your money.

These people are so stupid. When you call them on a Saturday, you get a voice greeting that only tells you to call back during business hours AND THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO TELL YOU WHAT BUSINESS HOURS ARE and how stupid that you can't even call a transportation company ON A SATURDAY. DO THEY THINK NO ONE NEEDS TO TRAVEL ON A SATURDAY?????
