Can never get customer services. App does not advise you that your request has been accepted. Customer services has to be much much much better.
Hard to attach my payment method to app. After that it was hard to reach customer service. When reached the customer service, the linked the card but didn’t got any rides. Booked 3 times and all the 3 times it said, no rides available.
If I could give less then one star I would. The customer service is horrendous.
Used Tappcar twice in the last two days. App is super easy to use and has all the things I need. Both drivers were friendly with clean cars. Will keep using Tappcar for sure. And I heard they are a Canadian business too.
My complaint about this company is their app. It requires permissions to have your location whether you're using the app or not. If you try to set it to only when the app is running, it will not launch.
