2025 edit: No hours posted. Access to wheelchair ramp improved. Businesses in this plaza are closing or moving. This location likely will not last long (no sign posted about relocating). Food available at all hours, day or night. I don't know what they do to the Taiwanese style popcorn chicken but it is better here than anywhere else. Today it’s 91 degrees in Bellevue. It’s Hot day, but I really want some boba. It’s hot inside, and the atmosphere of the store feels old and sticky. The employee seemed to have a dry mouth. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. Owner needs to improve her customer service.
I had their taro milk tea with mango jelly, and they really didn't skimp on the jelly! It was in a cute star shape and they actually were quite generous, so 5/5 stars from me. This as on 8/9/25 at the Taiwanese Night Market on Pier 58 by the waterfront in Seattle.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered 5 drinks waited 30 mins only to leave without the drink. Poor customer service and poor response. For 10 minutes they kept saying they have to clean the juicer to do orange juice - running a business with just one blender and one juicer seems ridiculous.
