This is such an awful place to live. The new management is such a num. The unit which we were at the roof started leaking after a heavy snow fall. When we complained about it the management is giving excuses to fix it …it’s been one week we were living with a big hole in the roof.we don’t want to give a star least..they deserve a 0 star.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEASE HERE REGARDLESS OF HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE IN NEED FOR A HOME. All of the reviews I read below are accurate. There rent alone is not worth it. Aside from the high cost of rent $2200+/mo there are absolutely no amenities here. There is a central lawn that is used as a bathroom by pets. There are many apartments/townhomes being built in SLC county. Please do yourself a favor and sign a lease with one of them.
