This Jim Callaway & I have been a member over 50yrs & have always had great service with all my accounts from loans, checking & savings. The Gig Harbor TAPCO is wonderful & they are all great & willing to assist me with anything. They are all a 5 Star!
Jordan and Lisa Kay went above and beyond, so nice to get nice customer service, they were so cordial and courteous. Very professional. Highly unlike how I was treated by the loan officer I dealt with at the Main branch, I won’t go back to that location for anything.
I had a great experience and they were very swift with getting my check deposited. Great service
