Joined over a year ago. Recently my CD had matured, quite surprised with my dividends collected. All the staff is very polite and informative. There was a hiccup with the ATM one time over the summer. They quickly addressed the issue. I was impressed. I also enjoy the share branching. When paying off my car loan my other credit union was refunding me the extra paid amount. Was able to go into Tapco bonney lake and handle it all, and transfered my extra funds over immediately to current account. Soon they will be holding free... read more
Friendly staff and overall positive experience. Sandi and Katie were very helpful to us during our loan process. Sandi got back to us quickly when we asked questions and was very knowledgeable and ensured the process went pretty smoothly.
