I used to come to this store often but lately I’ve noticed it has been very messy, I hadn’t seen the manager in a long time, so I asked about her, and I was told her name is Giselle and that she moved to the new store in Purdy and military, now it makes sense why the mess everywhere, now I rather drive a few extra miles and go there, this store had so much more potential when she was there, you can definitely notice the difference
I've done customer service for 20 plus years and the service at this establishment was horrible. We went to get lunch and the lady that was taking our order, Mary A, was very rude along with another person. To make things worse she was not only rude to us but to other people that was ordering as well. It's a ashame that usually the people that go there just take the rudeness and don't say anything and the rudeness just continues and is never dealt with.
