I had a concern that management addressed promptly. I was going to cancel my membership but decided to stay because of their timeliness. Wished they would remove laminated signs. Annoying that they are right in front of my favorite treadmill. Wished they had TVs in front of treadmills on the wall instead. The front desk staff are great!
