Taofiq was very helpful on two separate occasions. He helped me rehab a torn meniscus and hurt shoulder through modified training plans and exercises so I could get back to playing baseball and working out.
Tao has been great to work with! I injured my knee with a suspected minor tear in my ACL. Tao always listens to how I am feeling before our appointment and determines what I need with that information, he pushes me when needed but never too far. Tao is friendly as well as professional.
Taofiq worked with me after I sprained my ankle pretty significantly. He was kind and gently helped me to work out a progressive plan for returning to sport. His knowledge of anatomy and movement was robust and he easily solved problems and challenges because of this.
Their attention is personalized depending on each problem and for each person. They are a great group of professionals who have helped me with my knee problem and have improved my quality of life. thanks a lot.
