This was my second experience getting a service from Tao Spa for my birthday. Prior to my first experience I saw several reviews about how people felt like they were being forced to tip. I didn’t have that experience the 1st time but this time it was very evident. I booked a 100 minute service which included a FULL body massage and facial. I am truly unsatisfied with the service I received. The masseuse did not know the package details. I did not receive the herbal eye pad or the reflexology. It was 75 minutes of a sloppy massage where she seemed all over the place. There were no essential oils but rather a warming oil used. When I read the luxury body massage description, I was very specific on the services I wanted, but I did not receive the details of the luxury body massage and I am very disappointed.
