very poor customer service and they kept trying to change the price or find a way to charge us more than the service we asked for! i overheard them trying to upcharge the lady next to me too and convince her to get a more expensive service to which she had to keep declining. eventually she had to tell them this was not up for negotiation because she was on a time crunch.
DON’T BOTHER COMING HERE!!! One of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had! Place is a total scam set to rip people off. Only came to this place because the original spa I chose was too packed to take us and it was nearby. I went in with family for some girl time and asked for the 90 min combo for all of us. Mind you the sign clearly shows the combo is $116 for reflexology AND body so I thought why not, even though this place is more expensive than most salons back at home. My wife and I went for a massage. We had the combo body massage and foot massage. The people we had were great and absolutely knew their techniques. We own a Thai massage business in Canada that has been in business for 10 yrs with 15 employees and we have had massages all over the world- and hundreds of them. These people were great. Now, I can't testify to all the employees obviously but the 4 people that worked on us were top notch - they knew their stuff. Strong recommendation.
They met us outside with a shoulder massage and we come in they try to convince you to get more. We did foot and body massage and they rubbed our shoulders and neck. Back was never done when questioned they said u pay for 20 more minutes. For 50 minutes they put one person on your neck for 25 minutes and feet for another 25. Definitely not worth it. And they didnt change the sheets we laid on. The straightened thwm after we finished
We loved the back and neck massage!!! They really released a lot of stress. Can’t believe the reviews!!
