We were scammed at this place yesterday! My husband and I went in for a 50 min combo massage. 10 minutes into the massage they asked if we wanted to add time. My husband said we wanted 60 minutes total. They had two people working on us each. It ended after 30 minutes. They charged us for 60 minutes saying that we had a foot massage for 30 minutes and a back massage for 30 which was 60 minutes. It was done simultaneously. Biggest scam ever! DO NOT GO HERE! They charged us $102 per person for 30 minutes. Ripoff
Riverwalk Location visited Wednesday March 19th, 2025 @ 6:30pm ⚠️⚠️ Do NOT Waste your money with this establishment ! Avoid this place. As other reviews mention, during the entire massage you will be pestered by the manager to upgrade which is not relaxing. Even worse, if you pay by credit card, they will add $20 to the total so you need to dispute it on your credit card.
I went for a combo massage in the Riverside Outlet Mall on 3/16 and 5 minutes into it they creepily whisper that they are going to do a "free massage" during the back rub. Then they start haggling the price with you (during the massage). Be aware: when you ask for 60-minute massage, you only get 30 minutes because they have 2 therapists working on you at the same time...which I never asked for. No one seems to speak good English so they don't explain this well. Such a scam and a super creepy way to do it.
