I had a 45min remedial massage today that was ok. I was a walk in so wasn't expecting great. They repeatedly tried my NIB health insurance card but the hicaps didn't go through. They said they would email me an invoice and I could claim myself. The invoice I received didn't look like enough information to provide NIB to claim, so I called NIB to enquire.
