WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE EVER — Absolutely Do Not Recommend This place is a total scam. My friend and I walked in for a head, back, and shoulder massage and were charged $90 total — for what exactly, I have no idea, because what we received doesn’t resemble any service listed on their own price board (see photo). Horrible Experience — DO NOT GO HERE I don’t even know where to start — this was hands down the worst “massage” I’ve ever had. My friend and I booked a head, back, and shoulder massage, but what we got was nothing like what they advertise. Worst massage I have ever had in my life. The “masseuse” Alex did not seem to have any qualifications at all and despite the fact that it was supposed to be a deep tissue massage and I told him I had a sore lower back, he barely touched my lower back at all. My partner and I have been coming here for 3 years. This place used to be fantastic and welcoming. Now it’s just “do you have a booking” Your customer service has gone downhill a lot. Depending on who you get will depend if the massage is good or not. Appointment times need to be looked at as well. No point making an appointment then calling to reschedule it to 15-20 mins later.
