Needed a massage for aching feet and they accepted walk ins and provided such a relaxing experience. Massage therapist was experienced and relieved my feet pain in 45 mins. Very accommodating and professional. Highly recommend!

I have been here so many times before. This place used to be fantastic and welcoming. Now it’s just “do you have a booking” Your customer service has gone downhill a lot. Depending on who you get will depend if the massage is good or not. Appointment times need to be looked at as well. No point making an appointment then calling to reschedule it to 15-20 mins later. I’ve been coming here for years but have noticed a rapid decline in service and expertise over the past few months. My most recent remedial massage was woeful. Starting from the inexperienced therapist walking in when I was still getting ready & starting anyway, to her asking 3/4 of the way through where I was sore again and the last 10 minutes when she was getting hounded by 2 other staff members to do another client even though my time was not up.
