Yolanda always does a fantastic job with massaging my tight spots associated with 5 games of netball per week. I often ponder whether she can read my mind haha. Absolutely the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I booked a 30- min massage and it turned out to be a terrible and distressing experience. The massage therapist Michael was extremely unprofessional, aggressive and rude. From the beginning, I communicated clearly that my back was sore and requested a gentler pressure. ⭐ 1 Star I’ve been to Tao Massage 3 days in a row hoping to get a massage, but each time I was told there were no available appointments. I've been suffering from back pain for a long time. Nothing helped, and I tried everything, but I'd never had a massage session. So I booked a deep tissue oil massage last Wednesday with (Sarah). Omg, she was truly amazing! I've never felt more relaxed in my life; it helped my pain so much. I will definitely repeat this experience.
I’ve perviously given 5 stars, however the last few times I have tried to go here there has been an issue. All appointments were booked online, the first time the therapist I booked accepted a walk-in, fortunately there was another one available at the time. Unfortunate the next time I booked they had again accepted a walk-in, but on this occasion wanted me to wait 30minutes for it to be done. The latest time the appointment was cancelled through their website, though I’m not sure why. It’s really disappointing.
