The clinic looked clean, but my experience was disappointing. I visited for my birthday, and as a first-time client, I wasn’t informed whether the massage should be done on the couch or in a private room, which caused confusion. The massage pressure was too firm despite requests. A male staff member knocked and chatted with the therapist during the session while I was undressed on the massage bed, which was very uncomfortable. I went in for work on my shoulders as I have thoracic outlet nerve pain that’s radiating down to my hands. I asked if I should get acupressure massage or deep tissue massage and they advised deep tissue. Now I had a deep tissue massage there last week with a female practitioner and it was the best I’ve ever had. My body was stress free and fluid afterwards without being sore after or hurt. Sherry, where have you gone?? Please come back! You were the best remedial massage I've had in a long time and was so happy I found you. You found the key tension points even without me telling you, I felt so much better after seeing you and now I can't possibly go back until you're there. Cannot recommend Sherry more! highly.
