This place is unethical and I would avoid it at all cost. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD they will charge as they please and than offer you a FREE session. I called twice to cancel two appointments well in advance of the 24hour policy because my schedule became busy. They took advantage of the fact ‘I’m busy and charged me for a session. Instead of honoring my request to return my money they called me a LIAR and reminded me of their 24 hr policy.
If you are a veteran to this or like me, undecided about Accupunture, you are in the right place. A big thank you to Dr. Gong for being a knowledgeable, caring and gentle provider of what turns out to be a very effective and relaxing healing modality.
