I sent my wife here for a spa day for her birthday. She was most excited for a deep tissue massage, which she did not get. It wasn’t even a massage, but someone rubbing oil on her for 90 minutes. I emailed the spa about this and was not responded to. Giving two stars because she did enjoy her facial with Allison and mani/pedi with Bing.
I like to support local businesses and went there specifically for the dazzle nail polish, I was extremely disappointed with my technician. Worst mani/pedi ever. Nail polish peeled within 2 days.
So friendly and kind. Booked another appointment for my wife and daughter this coming Wednesday.
Got a rushed manicure that only lasted 2 days. I'm not sure why they would choose not to do an excellent job. My cuticles were roughly torn off. Still stings a little. I cannot recommend. I've never had stinging from a manicure
A phenomenal experience with my herbal head massage!! Was literally floating and felt in bliss. Such a beautiful atmosphere and kind staff. I will absolutely be back for another head massage, pedicure, etc! Thank you!!
