You get what you pay for. If you want quality buy a name brand like Honda. Asking us to post a review for money off then asked to jump through hoops to get it... nope. This is probably why Toa Toa isn't very popular.

Detailed information was listed about the product. Check out was convenient and easy. Currently awaiting my purchase just for Christmas

I purchased the T-force atv for my son. I added the full assembly. The atv arrived with a ton of rust on the inside of the has tank and missing the cover for the nipple on the cap. I called and was informed that no manager or supervisor takes phone calls and I can only reach them through email, so I emailed. Their response was that they can send me a replacement gas tank for me to change myself. Headlights are flickering continuously and the seat is loose.

Beware if you live out of state. For 1 they promised me the go kart would be here (South Carolina) and it wouldn’t have made it. I had to buy a trailer to pick it up so it would be there for my kids on Christmas. Now the big issue…. If you have a warranty issue like myself because after a week of riding it, it wouldn’t run. I was told I had to take the motor out and ship it at my expense. Of course they don’t tell you this. I read online before I bought it that you could have an authorized tao tao dealer fix it. UPDATE.
