Beware if you live out of state. For 1 they promised me the go kart would be here (South Carolina) and it wouldn’t have made it. I had to buy a trailer to pick it up so it would be there for my kids on Christmas. Now the big issue…. If you have a warranty issue like myself because after a week of riding it, it wouldn’t run. I purchased the T-force atv for my son. I added the full assembly. The atv arrived with a ton of rust on the inside of the has tank and missing the cover for the nipple on the cap. I called and was informed that no manager or supervisor takes phone calls and I can only reach them through email, so I emailed. Their response was that they can send me a replacement gas tank for me to change myself. Headlights are flickering continuously and the seat is loose.

I bought a Vitacci 300efi and it won't start. Came to me with 73lbs of compression and no support. We talked to Oscar and Angelica and they only offered an email for warranty info. Now I get to jump through hoops for a $3650 paper weight. Stay away from tao atv. They will take your money and not care. Thanks for more aggravation, tao atv.
