I recommended Tanya to my buyer who had a Metlife legal plan for the first time as the regular attorney we use was represented by the seller. This attorney tells my client to only use her title company or find another attorney. Seriously. And that title company is in Livingston and our property here in Morris Plains. Would not recommend this attorney to anyone, who puts their needs before clients and isn't it illegal to force a buyer to use a particular title company in NJ?! We actually used Tanya's services for THREE real estate transactions in the space of just a few months - we sold a house and a condo, and bought a house. We had difficulties with all three deals (with the seller, the buyers, the realtors and attorneys...) and Tanya was on top of everything, always, every time. I told her what a relief it was to me, many times, that she was our attorney. I wish we could give her TEN stars - we recommend her in the highest possible way.
