I realized last minute that I wanted newborn photos taken when my baby was about a week old. Tanya responded right away and squeezed me into her schedule within a few days. She was in constant contact about packages, her location, how to pay, and the whole process. She was detailed and it made my sleep-deprived momma heart/brain so relieved and happy.
