Tanya is absoloutley magic! I was in excruisiating pain due to pregnancy SPD pain, leaving my appointments with Tanya I could already feel an improvement with the pain, after strickly following my at home stretches I'm almost back to normal & very much enjoying my pregnancy again. Tanya is kind, gentle, easy to talk to, very professional & knows what shes doing!
