Went today for a facial and massage and was a great, relaxing time. The lady who greeted us was lovely! Would recommend for a chill day out in the city. Thanks Tanya Spa
I had high expectations for the massage we had booked and was very disappointed. I asked for a very light massage and the amount of pain I endured was very excessive, the bruising I experienced was/is unacceptable.
It would be zero if I could. Absolutely hopeless at taking my reservation. Had a Luxury escapes voucher, followed the instructions, booked in got emailed numerous times to say I was in, then out, then in and finally out. I told them I was canceling the Luxury escapes voucher (not their fault). All they could reply with was... no worries, have a nice day. This unprofessional attitude seem to be quite common at the spa. DO NOT BOOK THIS ESTABLISHMENT
Me and my husband went there yesterday and we enjoyed the experience. The girls were very professional, kind and attentive. The room is small but cosy and clean. The pools and steam room were very good. My face was so soft after the facial treatment and the oil they used was very light so we weren’t soaked after the massage. It was a good value for money!
5 stars because it was great value and I feel completely relaxed and refreshed. I used a voucher and received a 45 minute massage a 25 minute facial. Tea and biscuits at the end and use of the paradox hotel wellness centre facilities. Totally worth the price of the voucher. I brought the voucher, made my booking online and the appointment was confirmed by phone, email and SMS with clear instructions on how to find and access the spa.
