I hired Lourdes for hypno therapy and it did everything I was hoping for and more. I have many physical injuries and need to change my sleeping position to heal them. Two and half years ago I consulted Lourdes concerning my desire to overcome breathing fears and get certified to scuba dive. She took me back in time to see where these fears of not being able to breathe came from. I was able to rewrite my stories, overcome my anxiety and get my certification.
