Two and half years ago I consulted Lourdes concerning my desire to overcome breathing fears and get certified to scuba dive. She took me back in time to see where these fears of not being able to breathe came from. I was able to rewrite my stories, overcome my anxiety and get my certification. Today I scuba dive and hunt lionfish weekly with my boyfriend. It has truly allowed me to explore our oceans and have so many wonderful adventures. Thank you Lourdes!
