Bob was such a delight to talk to...so upbeat!!!! Hey changed their schedule so we could have our item delivered before Thanksgiving to share with family and friends. We can't tell you how delighted we were when they were able to fit our delivery in at the last hour. Walter and Brett were so nice and took no chances in moving our item down a flight of stairs. Couldn't have asked for a better group of people to move this item that was so precious to us. Thank you so much!!!!!
