I was referred to Ellen by another attorney for whom I had great respect. The case involved a complicated unpaid wages situation, and the referring lawyer told me I couldn't afford his fees and that Ellen would do an excellent job on a contingency basis. She worked out a satisfactory settlement, and when the former employer stopped complying with the payment schedule, she got him to pay (so as to avoid going back to court.)
