My husband and I stayed here while we visited his family and we had the most lovely stay! I cannot recommend this place enough. The owners are so friendly and genuinely care, the rooms are spotless, the snacks provided are delicious and chosen with care. You won’t regret choosing Waterloo Suites. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else when in town! We also got to take some photos at their front entrance of my husbands car that was given to him by his father. All around just a spectacular stay!
Very comfortable experience we drove from michigan and our original booked motel was filthy so we declined our stay there and ended up choosing here .. very friendly staff and very clean facilitie. Very highly recommend. Comfortable place to stay .. thank you for your kindness 🙏 😊
Owner was nice but the place was an assisted living facility. It appears to have the same furniture in the room. The room was clean but didn’t smell good. We would not stay again or recommend. Feels like an old folks home….
Waterloo Suites is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality. The owner, Cheryl and her husband Dr. T. was incredibly kind and hands-on—Cheryl's passion for excellence and service truly shines through every part of this place. Stayed here last night. At first we thought this was a residential nursing home renting out extra rooms and were confused until inside - it used to be a nursing home but the owners have turned it into a nice air b&b type place Like other reviews mention, it's so so clean and cozy. There were a couple waters and a kureg with coffee AND a full size cherry dark chocolate candy bar waiting for us in our room. You can sign in to your apps to watch movies from the TV.
