Zero customer service. Apparently you must drive to purchase/finance from tanningbeddepot.com. I do not drive therefore I do not have a drivers license. When I inquired about an alternative government issued ID stating I had a passport they refused to even respond. I guess they only have tanning beds you drive ???????

While we apologize for the inconvenience, the finance company does not accept passports as a main form of ID. We would be more than happy to assist if paid by other means.
MONTHS and no tanning bed. Excuse after excuse and all we asked for was honesty. Have attorney and credit card company involved now. FedEx said they were false in stating tanning bed shipped, only label was created and NO PICK UP OF PRODUCT was arranged. This is beyond frustrating and horrible business practice. Run away and DO NOT ORDER. We are beyond upset.

Bought a 110V tanning bed to avoid paying for 210V hook up. Victor was easy to talk to and assessable. Product came fast easy to set up. Wife tanned 1-2 times a day give or take for 30 days. She turned out whiter than she started. Called sales rep back and was told that's because 110v is not as effective as 210v(Obviously). Was told upgrade your bulbs to some "best of the Best" wolf bulbs and it will work better. Paid 600ish dollars. Waited two months nothing came and here is where the problem started. I cannot say how surprised, but thankful, I am to have chosen this company for my purchase. I had decided to go with the Avalon 24 110v Manager Special that my sales representative suggested. WOW! The bed is GORGEOUS! Mr. Leach stated the bed could take 1-2 weeks for delivery, but I had my bed in 6 DAYS! Not 6 business days, but 6 days total. Ordered on Tuesday 11/28, and received on Monday 12/4. My bed was missing 2 elements (cooling fan and Bluetooth speaker) but I contacted Mr. *****and he is going to FedEx the items to m... read more
