Tanner and his team are all amazing!! They were extremely helpful in decreasing my interest rate and overall payment by getting creative. They were able to drop my rate below 5% in a market that was 5.5% or higher! Annnnddd… they were able to work with Idaho Housing to assist with the down payment, which can be the hardest part of buying a home in today’s market!! I highly recommend giving them a try!
