I've known these people for a long time. My husband and I are very satisfied with the service and Steve's knowledge of the tax business is amazing! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
I can’t recommend working with Marcus. I was quoted one number for my tax return preparation and then the total came in nearly double the original quote (without any anticipated surprises). When asked for a minor change, I was charged an additional $100. Not the right way to run a business or to treat clients It also took weeks to get on the calendar, had to remind him to send me a list of documents needed, and an overall lengthy and frustrating process. The bright spot was Bernie at the front desk.
I was referred to Marcus by a mutual contact. I had an initial call with him.. He was friendly and seemed very interested in my business. He had me send him my taxes, and then completely dark on me despite multiple follow-ups on my part over several weeks. It’s completely unprofessional to take my tax forms with my Social Security number and all sorts of other private financial information about me, say that he is going to do an intake and then completely go dark on me.
