Melissa Tannehill was very transparent and honest in helping me with a complicated situation involving land trusts, LLCs and beneficial interest. She clearly was knowledgeable about the topic and provided great advice regarding how to proceed. She was even kind enough to provide advice, even saying that I would be able to do this even without the aid of an attorney.
