I was about to buy from you until I found your delivery cost. Well over $100 Sorry, no sale because of this
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. No customer service. At best incompetant. At worst they take your money but wont deliver the goods. No communication. Had to chase them for delivery of prepaid tanks. They delivered the wrong tank 2 weeks ago, did not give a delivery date when they would return with the correct tank and pump. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 3 large tanks for a contract that I won and were told they would be delivered on the 10th Jan 2024, I ordered them in November 2023 and paid over $10k deposit, so I ring on the 8th of Jan to see if everything was on track for delivery only to be told that the machine broke down on the 12th Dec 2023 (no email, phone call or anything to let us know of the delay) and still wasn’t fixed and that our tanks would take another 2 months to get manufactured and delivered!
