Justin was very responsive and eased my mind from the stress I was dealing with he sent Jason to me to help with my tank and I’m so grateful he did because Jason was very professional and went above and beyond to help me and took the extra time to educate me with how to properly cycle my axolotl tank. Outstanding tank service. I've been with Justin and Tank Me Later for a year now and they never disappoint. The techs are specialized and educated in what they do. Always come prepared. Always offer to take their shoes off before entering my home. Tank Me Later treats my fish tank like it's their own. Justin is especially helpful with text messages in between service appointments. 5 Stars. Highly recommend.

I had a big Tank Emergency at 3:00 in the afternoon I Google searched and found take me later. I called and Justin answered and came to my rescue immediately! Justin was so nice and so knowledgeable! And he wasn't pushy with selling me stuff. He tried very hard to keep my bill down as this was an emergency. I ended up buying a new filter from him on the spot and he put everything together and even taught me how to do change the filter myself.
